Notes:
Weekday morning sessions are kayak training, mainly for sprint kayakers, but all welcome. Most Paddle Board sessions at this time of season need to be Base Endurance i.e. sets of up to 10 to 15mins without stopping, e.g. WU 5min run - important 5min board paddle - no stopping. (Paddling out the back and talking to your mate is NOT warming up) MAIN SET 3 sets of 2min UP - 30sec Down x 5 2min rest between each set OR Ladders WU 5min run 5min board paddle MAIN SET 3 sets of 1min UP - 30sec DOWN - 2min UP - 30sec DOWN - 3min UP - 30sec DOWN - 3min UP - 30sec Down - 2min UP - 30sec Down 1min UP 30sec 4min rest between each set |
